How do I return my order?
Our products have a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of receipt of the order. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Products modified according to the customer's wishes or made to measure are not eligible for return.
How to return:
- Pack the products carefully.
- Please include your order number.
- Write the return code on the package: 685563
- Take the package to a Posti service point and tell them that it is a customer return.
Return cost to the customer:
We charge a flat handling fee of €5.90 for returns, which covers Posti's return fee and handling costs. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refund processing:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return has been received and processed.

Can I exchange the product I ordered?
Yes, you can exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product to be exchanged must be unused and in its original condition. Products modified according to the customer's wishes or made to measure are not eligible for exchange.

Replacement cost to the customer:
For exchanges, we charge a flat handling fee of €5.90, which covers the cost of the return and handling. This amount will be added to the new order or deducted from the refund if necessary.
We will pay the shipping costs for the new product, so you will receive a new product after the exchange without additional shipping costs.
If the replaced product is of a different price than the original, we will refund or charge the difference before sending the new product.

You can try our products at our retailer Pete's Dog Supplies stores (Peten koiratarvike) all over Finland!
